I’ve been thinking a lot about how the quarantine affect people’s physical health. While Sweden isn’t in lockdown, I’m not visiting any gyms (seems like the perfect place to get a virus), and haven’t for months now. I can feel that, and I hate to say it but it shows. Luckily I wasn’t in terrible shape to begin with, but habits are hard to build and easy to break. What will the pandemic do to the physical health of the general populace, I wonder? I’m sure we’ll find out in a year or so. Until then, let’s all try our best to exercise on our own, shall we?
